Program management
Program management at THMC usually consists of stategical changes which the ordering customer wants to take place.
These changes are not only restricted to the realisation of new systems, but they also influence the organisation model of the involved concern.
Alterations are carried out step by step in both the systems and the organisation at the same time.
After each step, the organisation and the systems have to be balanced to make the next step.
